Manchester United will be looking to respond to their disappointing FA Cup exit prior to the international break when they host Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League.
The Red Devils lost 3-1 to Leicester City in the quarter-finals, but they sit second in the league heading into this weekend’s fixtures.
Brighton, meanwhile, are six points above the relegation zone after beating fellow strugglers Newcastle United 3-0 in their most recent outing

United have had a fortnight to stew on their loss at the King Power Stadium, which leaves them effectively fighting for silverware on just one front.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men take on Granada in the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final next week and that tie must now take priority.
The Red Devils have too much work to do in the league if they are to chase down leaders Manchester City, who are 15 points better off after playing a game more.
That is despite United winning back-to-back matches in the league, against City and West Ham United, and going nine without defeat in the competition.

Solskjaer will have to be happy with the tag of ‘best of the rest’ given the Citizens’ incredible form over the past five months.
United have a good chance to tighten their hold on second place this weekend as their FA Cup conquerors Leicester, the side directly below them, face Man City on Saturday

The Reds return to action following the international break with the 19:30 BST kick-off, looking to complete the double over the Seagulls following the dramatic 3-2 victory at the Amex Stadium in our second match of the season.
With a number of players back from international duty, Ole is assessing his options and still playing the waiting game as he ponders his line-up.

They [Marcus and Mason] need to get through the session tomorrow [Saturday],”” explained the manager to club media. ““They both joined in this morning and hopefully they don’t get any reaction. If they complete the session tomorrow they’ll be available for selection.”
Neither of them [Anthony nor Victor] trained this morning. We are still waiting for final confirmation on how they are.””
In terms of who starts in goal, David De Gea or Dean Henderson, Ole commented: “You know, I have a great option of two top goalkeepers and it’s a pleasure to have them right here. We’ve got, hopefully, nine plus five games to go because we want to go all the way in the Europa League, so I’m sure you’ll see both of them playing in goal for us

United host Brighton in their first match back after the international break having been dumped out of the FA Cup by Leicester the last time they played two weeks ago.

VENUE: Old Trafford, Manchester, England

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has a massive decision on his hands regarding who starts in goal. Should he put David de Gea back in goal then Dean Henderson will almost certainly leave in the summer.
Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood trained on Friday and should make the squad to face Brighton but Anthony Martial looks set to miss out. Edinson Cavani could make his first start in a month here as a result of niggling injuries to other forwards.
Paul Pogba got some valuable minutes for the French national team at the weekend. He could line up on the left wing here if Rashford is not fit to start or take Scott McTominay’s place in midfield, as the Scottish international featured heavily during the break for country.
Victor Lindelof, who has been managing back problems all season, didn’t train along with Martial on Friday. Eric Bailly is on standby after proving his fitness for the Ivory Coast during the international break
